STIM STIM North America Inc.. is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager. We are looking for a positive, driven professional to manage thekey accounts within our customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Provide exceptional technical and sales support to our growing customer base.
  •  Meet or exceed sales targets and drive profitable growth with assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  •  Analyze customer and market trends to accurately forecast demand for assigned accounts.
  • Coach and monitor the performance of relevant colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Knowledge and experience in the aquaculture industry.
  •  Preferred: Sales experience and strong commercial acumen.Excellent oral and written communication skills. Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. 
  • Proficient in computer literacy. 
  • Ability to perform well under deadlines. 
  • Full driving license and willingness to undertake regular and significant travel.
