STIM STIM North America Inc.. is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager. We are looking for a positive, driven professional to manage thekey accounts within our customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical and sales support to our growing customer base.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and drive profitable growth with assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Analyze customer and market trends to accurately forecast demand for assigned accounts.
- Coach and monitor the performance of relevant colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Knowledge and experience in the aquaculture industry.
- Preferred: Sales experience and strong commercial acumen.Excellent oral and written communication skills. Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Ability to perform well under deadlines.
- Full driving license and willingness to undertake regular and significant travel.
