Previwo is a biotech company committed to develop and bring to the aquaculture industry unique preventive solutions such as Stembiont® Vital. This role strategically develops and maintains relationships with customers and identifies new commercial opportunities for existing products and services.

The Sales Manager is essential in delivering the commercial targets for Previwo.

Is responsible for implementing the company ́s commercial plan by taking responsibility for commercial activities, management of key accounts and sales results.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and contract follow-up towards existing and new customers.
  • Support the development of Technical Services Program to ensure optimal use and development of products and services.
  • Proactive participation in marketing activities.
  • Actively promotes a quality-leading approach looking for continuous improvement in all areas of the business.
  • Drive and contribute to systematic sales and sales process by championing
  • Previwo CRM system.

  • Excellent communication skills and promote plans and ideas successfully.
  • Strategic and integrated thinker who identifies opportunities and has a positive impact on business growth.
  • Strong relation builder, with the ability to influence colleagues, customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, able to identify problems before they arise and work with the team to solve them.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in the best interest of the business.
  • Fluent Norwegian and English (oral and written).

Experience and Education:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the salmon farming industry with a proven record in high value sales.
  • Field experience and with a solid network within the Norwegian salmon industry. Preferably budget holders.

Location:

Flexible (preferably along the coast), frequent national travel is required (>30%) and some international depending on business needs.
